We offer 2 or more weekdays [excluding holidays and some special events] for $109.00 per night plus tax for 1 bedroom [2 persons] or add the second bedroom totaling $159.00 per night plus tax. Please ask about special deals for extended stays. Please, "Cottage Downtown" is non-smoking except on porches, sorry no pets, children must be approved. Sorry, we are a small business, so cancellations within 14 days of stay will be charged.
